Intro

Ledgy offers many operational reports designed to answer common questions when administering equity plans. You can edit the reports and create your own custom views to suit your specific use case.


Where can I find the operational reports?

  1. Go to Reporting > Operational.

  2. Select the report you want from the list.


Which reports are available?

Transactions

An overview of all transactions by stakeholder, type, date, etc.

Grants

An overview of all grants with vested, outstanding, exercised, terminated, etc.

Pool activity

An overview of all pools with size, available, outstanding, and the pool activity.

Stakeholder holdings

An overview of stakeholders and their holdings across all share classes.

Exercised and settled

An overview of exercises and settlements to report taxable income to payroll.

Historical forfeiture

Overview of forfeiture rates based on past grants and terminations.

Vesting

An overview of tranche-by-tranche vesting events per stakeholder.

Global mobility: Work locations

An employee work location history for global mobility tracking.

Global mobility: Vesting tranches

Vesting events informed by employee work locations for tax purposes.


None of the reports fit my use case. How can I customise a report?

Apply filters

Within a report, you can filter on several fields.

  1. Click the "Filters" button > Select a "Filter by" option from the drop-down menu.

  2. You can include or exclude values depending on the selected "Filter by" option.

  3. Add multiple filters by clicking on the "+ Add filter" button.

Customise the view

By changing the grouping and adding or removing columns, you can customise the view of the report.

  1. Click on the "Edit view" button.

  2. Customise the grouping and the columns to add or remove fields from the report.

Save the customised report

Once you have set up your report, you can save it for later use by clicking on the "Save as new view" button.
