How to sign a document?

Ledgy gives you the opportunity to digitally sign documents with only a few clicks. Follow the steps below to sign your document.

Introduction

This guide explains how to sign documents in your Ledgy account. You can manage and complete any pending signatures directly from your personal portfolio. If your digital signature is required, you'll receive an email invitation with a direct link to the Signatures page. Follow the steps outlined below to review and sign your documents efficiently.


Signing a document

  1. In your personal portfolio, click on Signatures. If you have any outstanding signatures, a red notification bubble will appear next to this tab, indicating the number of signatures still pending.

    Note: When your digital signature is needed, you will receive an email invitation to sign a document. The link within the email will also take you to the Signatures page.

  2. Click on Review & Sign

  3. After reading the document, click on the Sign Now button in the upper right corner, then Confirm

    Note: You can access the documents you signed by clicking on the View button.
