Introduction

If you want or need to hide the company valuation and the total number of shares from your stakeholders, you can do so in the Equity Management Settings. See the examples of how the employee dashboard looks before and after hiding your data.

How to hide the total amount of shares?

  1. Go to Company Settings > General > Equity Management Settings > Click the "Edit" button.

  2. Enable the "Hide total number of shares from stakeholders" toggle.

  3. Click the Save button.


What happens if hiding the number of shares is enabled?

When enabled, your stakeholders will not see your post-money evaluation, and the percentages of the company's issued and diluted shares will be hidden.

If you hide the total number of shares, the calculator cannot be activated in the employee scenarios.
