How to find the Customer Portal

Note: only Collaborators with Owner access can manage the company's billing.

You can find an overview of your billing information in Company Settings > General > Billing.

To update your billing information or pay open invoices through the Customer Portal, click "Manage Billing".

The portal provides an overview of your subscription, including your chosen payment method, billing details, and invoice history.

From there, you can:

  • Update your billing details (including billing name, address and email) and payment methods

  • View and download past invoices

  • Make invoice payments

How to download your invoice

To download an invoice from the Customer Portal, go to Company Settings > General > Billing > Manage Billing. Navigate to the Invoice History section, click on the specific invoice, and select the option to download the PDF receipt or invoice.

Steps to Download Invoices:

  • Access the Customer Portal via the Ledgy app (Company Settings > General > Billing > Manage Billing)

  • Locate Invoices: Scroll down to the Invoice History section to view past payments.

  • Download: Click the desired invoice to open it, then click the download button (often indicated by a PDF icon or via an overflow menu).

  • Receipts: If the invoice is paid, the PDF will be a receipt.

Alternative Methods:

  • Email Link: Click the direct link provided in the invoice email sent you received.

Cancel subscription

If you are on a Growth subscription plan (including Trials), you may cancel your subscription, by simply navigating to Company Settings > General > Billing and then clicking on the Cancel subscription button.

Once your subscription is cancelled, your plan will be downgraded to our free Launch plan after the end of the current billing cycle. The free Launch plan supports up to 25 stakeholders, making it an ideal choice for smaller teams or organizations.
