Custom fields
You can create an unlimited number of new columns to be shown on your Ledgy Stakeholders page. These fields can be used to structure your stakeholders into subgroups or as variables in document templating. Use XX: YY logic, in which XX stands for the column's name, and YY for the column's content for that specific stakeholder. For example, if you need to note the cost center and indicate that the stakeholder uses a cost center named "fund231", write: Cost center: fund231. For more information, you can check out our article on Custom Fields.
Country
The country of residence should be given as a two-letter code (for example, CH for Switzerland).
In order to invite a stakeholder to Ledgy, the email of the stakeholder should be indicated. Inviting them will allow them to see their Ledgy dashboard, participate in signature workflows, and much more.
Group
You can assign stakeholders to a group such as "Employees", "Founders", "Series A Investors", etc. This allows you to share KPIs, documents, or reports to all group members through one click. There is no limit on the number of groups created, but each stakeholder can only belong to one.
Note: Your data shared with a group will be visible to all new stakeholders added to that group in the future.
Identifier
The identifier column indicates a unique set of characters that represent one stakeholder. Identifiers can be imported through the HR integration (HRIS) or added manually.
Internal note/Note
An internal note can indicate each stakeholder's specificities, for which you don't want to create a separate column. For example, you can indicate dates when the employee was on parental leave, or that they have stellar performance and should get a raise.
Type
The Type column specifies whether the stakeholder is a legal entity or not. If the field is not specified, natural is assigned automatically. Ledgy will assign different fields to be filled in for legal or natural stakeholders.
Usage
The Usage column is populated by icons that present what is shared with a specific stakeholder and the type of stake they own. By placing your cursor on one of the icons, the explanation for the icon appears. For example, placing the cursor on the KPI icon (visualized as a graph) will indicate all the KPIs shared with that stakeholder.
