Ledgy has presets for the basic KPIs such as liquidity, revenue, profit/loss, and employee headcount, but you can also choose to create custom KPIs. All of these can be shared with stakeholders, or used in reports.

Adding basic KPIs at the same time

If you have not set up any KPIs before, you can add basic KPIs following these instructions:

1. Go to Investor Relations > KPIs

2. Click Add basic KPIs, which will create the following KPI sections:

  • Revenue actual

  • Liquidity

  • Profit/Loss EBITDA

  • Employees

Note: You can delete a specific KPI using Delete icon (depicted as a trashcan) in the top right corner of the section you wish to delete.

3. Click on the Values button to enter the relevant values

Note: You do not need to address both Expected and Actual columns. However, in order to continue adding values to your KPIs, each row needs to have at least one value. The date of each KPI is automatically assigned depending on the Reporting Interval and Start date.

Manually adding individual basic KPIs

  1. Go to Investor Relations > KPIs

  2. Click Add KPI in the top right corner

  3. Select the applicable one from the dropdown menu

Note: The KPIs that are currently on your dashboard will not be listed in the dropdown.

  4. Create inputs for the KPI and confirm by clicking Save

Adjusting and sharing basic KPIs

  1. Go to Investor Relations > KPIs

  2. Click on the Settings button in the top left corner

  3. Adjust the reporting interval, start date, profit/loss type and revenue type

Note: Sharing KPIs is optional. You can specify a stakeholder or a group of stakeholders that all of the basic KPIs should be shared with.

  4. Confirm by clicking Save

Note: Changing KPI settings will address all basic KPIs. To adjust and share the custom KPIs, check the section below.

Setting up, adjusting and sharing custom KPIs

  1. Go to Investor Relations > KPIs

  2. Click Add KPI in the top right corner

  3. Select Custom from the dropdown menu

  4. Specify the name, the way the KPI will be presented, reporting interval and the start date.

Note: Sharing KPIs is optional. You can specify a stakeholder or a group of stakeholders that the KPIs should be shared with within the Shared with field. Each custom KPI can be shared with its own set of stakeholders.

  5. Confirm by clicking Save

KPI notifications

Your stakeholders will be able to see your up-to-date KPIs in their personal dashboards if they are invited to portfolio view and the KPI has been shared with them. Stakeholders will not be informed when they are invited to see the KPIs, nor will they receive notifications when KPI values are updated.
