To model an exit waterfall go to Ownership > Scenarios and click the 'Exit' tab
Enter the exit valuation and the effective date to view the proceeds.
💡 You can also click along the graph to define the exit valuation.
The waterfall cap table is available below the graph with a detailed breakdown.
💡 Go to the Columns button to customise your grid view. There you will find liquidation capital, cashflow as well as exit proceeds.
