As an investor, you will get invited to companies you have invested in by the owner(s) of the company’s Ledgy account. You will then be able to access the investor features available on Ledgy.
I have been invited as a stakeholder. What should I do now?
You've been invited as a stakeholder to one or more companies. Once you've accepted the invitation, you will see these companies under the "Performance" tab. If you are unsure how to accept invitations, you can find out how in this support article.
However, you are an important stakeholder for one or more of those companies, and you've received access, not just to your stake but, to their full cap table. How can you access that? Very simple:
Hover over the name of the relevant company on the table in the "Performance" tab
Click on the pie chart symbol as seen in the following screenshot:
Voilà! You'll now be able to see their cap table.
As a bonus, all tables in Ledgy are customizable so you'll be able to customize the cap table view to your needs. You can find more on how to do this in this support article.
